Legal Considerations of Consciousness: As Agreed Upon During Consciousness Consultation with Politicians, Lawyers, and Doctors

What follows is an examination of the founding documents of our country. Constitutional Consciousness Comparison, and Enumeration of Equivalency Proclamation, presented by S-MMassCo Corp., the first corporation to acknowledge publicly consciousness as a networked connection amongst sentient beings. 

The existing documents which this country was founded on are enough to influence the steering of the consciousness relative legal construct. This is the part of the law which I love, which is that there are concepts which are what I refer to as Esto Perpetua, perpetual. 

Right to privacy, for one. The government does not have the inherent right to any being's consciousness. There is, of course, an inherent right to privacy and thoughts.

But, to start, the same representatives of the US Congress and House which represent the population are those which would apply to this, if not for Executive Authority, which, in consciousness consult, has proven more protective of the citizens of the United States of America. Given that there are not consciousness taxes, and there are not specific statutes laid out, and the executive authority, which was granted to S-MMassCo in 2.2025, after extensive testing, which was passed with flying colors, every time, the first corporation to officially state the basics of protection for the citizens and offer services relative to consciousness, (although the verbiage was "first to mention", I am adding to protect citizens and the executive office better) is that which has the power in this regard. 

Those who loathe seeking power, and who are least forward in seeking power are usually fit to lead, as the cliche goes. This certainly applies to S-MMassCo, and the truth is that someday, that may need to change or S-MMassCo may need to expand. Right now? S-MMassCo is focusing on encouraging the forces of the universe to protect beings and consciousness, which is a process that has been alluded to from contacts at the CIA who have contacts with other civilizations. Those civilizations have stopped humans from using consciousness before and can again. Of course, some of the abilities which the Founder has, are of that origin. But some have evolved, and that is part of the test. 

For those who would like their children to have a range of consciousness ability and allowable usage, there are methods which S-MMassCo is developing and can share, on a sliding scale. MTO's are a small part of it, but there are other parts. 

There is a mechanism within consciousness which inherently protects the genuine, and those who deserve the protection therein, and the way in which the bad actions and attempts to harm are unable to take root, unable to come to fruition, and the universe, which has ways to infer protection, automatically works for the purposes of protecting information, practices, and people, who deserve it. This is the way the universe has always worked, and the way the universe will continue to work, with every atom, every particulate of matter, and every molecule, every nanogram of consciousness working together to create and allow for the Fabric of Life and Existence, which is a consciousness enabled and genuine truth allowing world reality with a dimension allowance to see what is really going on, what can happen, and to allow for self-defense. 

Self-defense for the purposes of saving, keeping and not allowing non-consented use of the consciousness of oneself, is imperative and inherent in being alive. Every move one makes, and every minute of life contributes and enhances the ability one has to evolve their brain, consciousness, body, functionality, artistic ability, intelligence, and connective ability to protect their self and others. 

• For an adult over 24, there is no way to, without authority granted by the President of The United States of America, {who has advised that the authority level granted to S-MMassCo Corp. as the first corporation to acknowledge in a legal, quantifiable and purposeful manner, and as one which is connected to, consciously, lawyers, paralegals, politicians, scientists, doctors, nurses, philosophers, thought leaders, artists, as well as students, and other experts to determine whether there are considerations which are necessary to take into account}, consciously manipulate, in a meaningful manner, the world, dimensional fabric of existence or life, or space and time to harm someone else, or affect the person meaningfully. The brain is not developed and while children are important, there are certain parameters and standards which just make it impossible, and very few, if any, children actually meet the criteria which naturally make such actions possible. In addition, the vibes sent out by such behavior tend to make it so that action is taken which would prevent that from occurring in the first place, as it is attempted. 

• Harm occurring by a party who has refused to stop entering the mind of another, when that party did not want the entrance into the mind, can be automatically stopped, when working within the confines of consciousness and law. Local law enforcement and city officials can assist or we can assist them. 

• Any person guilty of terrorizing another, driving the person to use their consciousness in self-defense shall be prohibited from contacting that person they terrorized consciously, and the person who might be deemed dangerous is limited to self-defense, in terms of conscious action to defend, protect, stop, harm, or otherwise act in a manner inconsistent with healing, creating, communicating, or other natural talent.

• Consciousness cleansing, living as another, or mirroring to do so without consent, is federally prohibited, and is classified as reality deranging behavior, arrestable offenses usually arise from such behavior.  To do so without consent is akin to rape.

• There is a limited amount of consciousness cleansing permitted, sometimes from doctors of one kind or another, sometimes from the legal system and never from random citizens of one classification or another, but it does sometimes occur without warning, and the reality is that when a person consciously attempts to stop such actions, it is imperative to respect and act in accordance with their wishes. 

• Consciousness cleansing should never be performed on purpose, and when recognized, should be explained, and the victims of the conscious confusion should be identified and assisted with whatever problems they may be experiencing.
